Jeremy Austin

Jeremy Austin is Preseem’s Senior Product Manager and also has extensive experience within the WISP community.

Prior to joining Preseem, Jeremy worked full-time as a Senior IP Systems Engineer at Alaska Communications, a leading broadband and managed IT service provider.

Jeremy brings with him years of first-hand knowledge, technical expertise, and relationships within the fixed wireless community.

Georgette Lopez-Aguado began working in the ISP/OSS arena in 2016 and joined Sonar Software the folllowing year.

In her role as Customer Experience Manager, Georgette has been instrumental in the development of the SmartStart guided onboarding program.

She has also been a member of the WISPA Education committee for two years. Connecting the dots is her superpower!
