Enhancement: RF Scores for Tarana Equipment

Preseem RF Scores give Network Operations and RF Engineering teams a clear, at-a-glance way to identify underperforming APs and CPE Radios by combining efficiency and stability metrics. This enables them to proactively focus troubleshooting efforts where they’ll have the biggest impact.

By expanding this to include Tarana equipment, teams can now see at a glance exactly which Tarana links are under-performing instead of chasing customer complaints or digging through raw metrics in the vendor’s system. This means faster, more efficient troubleshooting, and puts Tarana link visibility on par with other fixed wireless vendors in Preseem.

New Feature: ONT Offline Reasons and Times

When a fiber customer’s ONT goes offline, you’ll now see the specific reason right in Preseem—whether it’s a power issue at the customer’s location or a fiber cut. No more switching between different vendor systems to find this critical information.

This means support teams can now:

  • Resolve issues faster by immediately understanding the root cause of an outage
  • Provide better customer experiences with instant access to accurate information
  • Work more efficiently without logging into multiple vendor platforms

Preseem now also displays ONT Offline Times for faster, more effective support across recently added platforms, including Adtran, BDCOM, Calix and Ubiquiti OLTs. Previously, identifying the exact moment an ONT went offline required navigating multiple vendor-specific tools. Preseem now provides this critical information directly, allowing your support team to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

New Feature: Disconnected Topology

🤔 Problem: When a customer reports connectivity issues, every second counts. Support representatives need immediate answers about which equipment serves that customer, but what happens when the connection is already down?

💡 Solution: Our new Disconnected Topology view solves this challenge by automatically displaying where in the network the customer was last connected.

Enhancement: Search Results Ordering

We’ve revamped our global search results to be more intuitive, reorganizing search results to help users find what they need faster.

Now, when users search in Preseem, Services top the results list. Services are Preseem’s go-to starting point when handling support calls, making it even faster for Preseem users to access subscriber information when they call in for help.

Enhancement: Streamlined Support User Role

The Support permission group now provides a simplified, read-only experience optimized for customer support workflows. Your support team can quickly find subscribers, troubleshoot QoE issues, and view account details without navigating features they don’t need and without the ability to make network changes.

This means faster onboarding for support staff with a focused interface, reduced training time, greater security, and easy permission management for growing teams.
