We are excited to announce the latest updates to Preseem’s Proactive Platform—introducing support for Adtran SDX 6000 Series OLTs, BDCOM OLTs, and EPON technology, for faster metrics navigation across your fiber network with Preseem.
Hybrid ISPs provide services via a mix of access technologies, such as fiber and fixed wireless. Preseem’s new features allow fiber and hybrid operators to seamlessly access all of their operational data in one place, saving staff members from having to log into multiple systems for each access technology and vendor. Included in this release:
- BDCOM OLT and EPON Technology Support: ISPs using BDCOM OLTs and EPON technology can now leverage Preseem’s powerful insights for quicker troubleshooting and network-wide visibility. Preseem provides key metrics like light levels, QoE metrics, and real-time usage, for streamlined support and greater proactive access network and subscriber management.
- Adtran SDX 6000 Series OLT Support: Preseem now supports Adtran’s SDX 6000 series OLTs, enabling proactive monitoring and faster support resolution across your fiber network. This helps reduce support call times and increases network scalability as you grow.
