“With Preseem, I have a tool that can look into the network at a packet level and show me what is going on. After receiving the Preseem training and learning how to better interpret the data I was seeing, I was able to make configuration changes to some of my APs that resulted in a 30 ms decrease in latency. With Preseem, I’m happy to know that I can make changes and see the result. We also just activated traffic shaping on the Preseem server. I looked up a customer that had been pushing his plan to the limit this morning and checked my phones call log for when William (Customer Success Engineer) called me.
